Welcome to my photo galleries! The seperate galleries are roughly split based on when I decided to transfer the pictures from my camera to my computer, which of course depends on how many pictures I take. The camera is a Nikon Coolpix 4600, which is a nice enough little camera. All the galleries were created using Konqueror's "Create Image Gallery" tool. This browser can do anything!

Anyway, the three pictures per gallery on this page are just samples. Click on the heading, or the gallery link to see all the thumbnails, then click on the thumbnail to see a larger version. Enjoy...

Cat skiing trip: Ymir BC, February 6-8 2006

12 Apex ski/snowboard bums set off for the ride of our life. We spent a full day in the middle of nowhere, ripping up over a meter of freshies. Words cannot come close to describing how great this was. Truly a life changing experience. The next day we went to Red Mountain in Rossland, and finding the hill played out, we went hiking in search of the pow.

Victoria Trip/Mad Professor

At the end of January 2006, I went down to Victoria to visit old friends Blair Ehmann, Scott Dunlop, and David Chenery. This was my third time in Victoria, and once again I had a great time in this beautiful city. I saw 4 live shows in 4 nights, including Young MC, who ripped it up despite his age, and the Mad Professor, who put on one of the best shows I have ever seen. The pictures of the Mad Professor turned out rather poorly due to the low light, but there are some other nice photos of the ferry crossing, Blair and I ripping up Victoria, and A day trip to East Sooke Park.

Damian Marley: November 19, 2005

Me and Mike headed down to Vancouver to see Damian Marley at the beautiful Commadore Ballroom. A great venue and an even better show. The pictures didn't turn out so great, as my digi doesn't like low-light so much, but I still think they are worth a gander. The show was fantastic, and we both had a great time.

Cross-Canada Trip

These are pictures from Sean and I's cross-Canada roadtrip which took place in April of 2005. In all we drove around 12000km in just over two weeks. We stopped in Calgary, Winnipeg, Kenora, Thunder Bay, Sudbury, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, St. Stephens, St John, Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara Falls and everywhere in between. Got pulled over by the RCMP three times, and had the car searched twice. I guess this is what happens when you have long hair and BC plates in eastern Canada. Obviously I'm running drugs ;)

All in all, a very good time. Sometimes you need to be a tourist in your own country. I think we had the most fun in Montreal, which is a super cool city, and one I hope to return to soon, and often.

April and June of 2005

This gallery starts with a couple leftover shots from the trip, then there are a few shots of my son Dylan. After that, it's our death course for mountain bikes up at Apex Alpine. To round out the gallery, we have shots of a drunken barbeque to celebrate both Arla and Hagel's birthdays. WARNING: This set has pictures of drug and alcohol consumption...

July and August of 2005

The majority of this set is pictures from a camping trip to Darke Lake. The first day we went on a death-hike and eventually had to swim accross the lake because we were running out of daylight. Of course, we had to build a raft to keep all our gear safe and dry. Good times ;)

After that, we have a quick road trip to Vancouver, and the set ends with another get-together at my place. WARNING: This set has pictures of drug and alcohol consumption...
