Well, as I mentioned on the about page, I am also a chef. So, I figured I would showcase a bit of my culinary side is this space, and post some victual blueprints that may be to your gustatory satisfaction. Yes, I am cibo matto. To tell the truth, all my recipes, original or otherwise, are in dead-tree format, so it may take me a while to get them all up here. And please, if you do actually try one of these recipes and like it, do let me know. You can either just email me, or post a comment under the recipe in question. Thanks, and bon appetit...
